1. Introduction Thank you for choosing TheSchoolERP, a SaaS-based School Management System operated by Turbofy Ai & web Innovations Pvt Ltd. We are committed to providing the best software experience to our subscribers ("Schools" or "You"). This policy outlines the terms regarding the cancellation of your subscription and refunds.
2. Free Trial & Demo
We provide a Free Demo and a limited-time Free Trial (if applicable) for you to evaluate the software before purchasing.
We strongly recommend that you fully test the software features during this period to ensure it meets your school's requirements.
3. Subscription & Billing
Prepaid Service: All subscriptions (Monthly or Yearly) are prepaid.
Auto-Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, your plan will automatically renew, and the payment method on file will be charged.
4. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time by raising a ticket from your Admin Dashboard or emailing us at [Your Support Email].
Effect of Cancellation:
If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle (e.g., you paid for a year but cancel after 6 months), your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
After the billing period ends, your account will be suspended, and you will not be charged again.
Data Retention: Upon cancellation, we will retain your data for [e.g., 30 or 60 days] to allow you to export your records. After this period, all data may be permanently deleted from our servers.
5. Refund Policy
No Refunds for Partial Use: Since this is a digital service, we maintain a strict "No Refund" policy. We do not offer refunds or credits for:

Plan downgrades.
Unused months with an open account.
Setup & Onboarding Fees: Any one-time fees paid for setup, data migration, customization, or training are non-refundable under any circumstances, as these cover the manual effort and resources already utilized.
Exceptions: Refunds are only considered in the rare case of a billing error (e.g., you were charged twice for the same invoice). In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
6. Termination by Turbofy Ai & web Innovations Pvt Ltd. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund if:
You violate our Terms of Service.
You are involved in fraudulent activities.
You fail to pay the renewal fees on time.
